The Board of Trustees and Officers of the National Institute of Social Sciences are saddened to inform you of the death of former Trustee, Vice President, and later Chairman of the Florida Chapter of the National Institute, William H. Told, Jr. Mr. Told passed away on October 13, 2023 in Vermont.. He was 92 years old.
