Renowned broadcast journalist Judy Woodruff of the PBS NewsHour will interview Max Stier, the President of the Partnership for Public Service, on his decades-long bi-partisan work to improve the quality of government in the United States and the challenges facing us today when public trust in government is at historic lows.

Max was recently profiled in Michael Lewis’s book, The Fifth Risk, and Judy is world famous as the longtime anchor for the PBS NewsHour. Max and Judy have each been honored by the National Institute (along with Darren Walker of the Ford Foundation) with its 2020 Gold Medal for distinguished service to society. This promises to be an exciting and informative event.
