ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

Members of the National Institute in good standing are cordially invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Members of the National Institute of Social Sciences, which will be conducted virtually this year over videoconference. You will be able to vote on business at the Annual Meeting by poll. You can join the meeting by telephone if you prefer, but you will not have access to voting if you do. At the meeting, you will hear reports from the National Institute’s officers and elect trustees for two-year terms. Members who do not wish to attend the meeting may vote by submitting their proxy via the form at right. All Members, whether they attend the meeting or not, are required to submit a Proxy.

There is no charge for attending the Annual Meeting, but YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE. Please click on the button above to register for the Zoom videoconference prior to Friday, January 5, 2024 at 12:00 pm ET. The meeting is expected to last approximately 30 minutes.

Larsen, Michelle Larsen, and Gracey Stoddard, or any of them individually, to act as my true and lawful attorney and agent for me and in my name, place, and stead, to vote as my proxy at the Annual Meeting of the National Institute of Social Sciences to be held Friday, January 5, 2024, by Zoom videoconference, at 12:00 p.m., or at any adjournment thereof, for the election of Trustees for two-year terms, and for the transaction of any other business that may legally come before the meeting.
